One Response to “Dollar General”
I did get hired at Dollar General, and was badly misinformed as to what my duties would be. I am required to work well over 45 hours a week. I am required to cover the company at all costs, including safety issues. The clerks are little more than serfs. If you raise any issues at all, you will be fired for made-up infractions, and let go on bogus charges. I am now looking for another job that has benefits befitting a manger of a 1.6 million dollar store. It is a shame that something cannot be done about this monster of a company. people have a right to be treated fairly, and be paid for time they work. not just time they let you put in the payroll system.
