What's Your Biggest Obstacle To Success In A Job Interview?

What’s the most annoying part of any interview process you go through? The one thing that drives you absolutely crazy after all of the time, energy, and preparation for the interview at your dream job?

Tell me if this sounds familiar. You get a call or email from a headhunter or recruiter about a job at a company at which you really want to work. They get you excited about the prospect of interviewing there and you get yourself spun up mentally preparing for the possibility of interviewing.

You spend time thinking about whether or not you can leave your current job. You spend hours reading up on the company, possibly reaching out to friends who work there. You use Google and YouTube to see if you can find common questions from that company. You commit fully to interviewing so that you can secure your dream job.

The day arrives, and you’re a bag of nerves. You get through the day and you feel really good about how things went. And then you wait. And wait. And wait.

Getting ghosted is pretty bad. Worse is when you get a call from the recruiter and they have no feedback  for you.

How can you get feedback from someone who actually has the experience of building large teams at the very best companies?

What Will You Get From The Prep Service?

The Prep Service provides you with a 1 on 1 video interview of :45 minutes which is meant to be a dry run of an actual interview. You will be interviewed the same way that I interview countless other individual contributors, managers, and executives.

I want to be clear – this is not a coding or technical specific interview. The focus will be on probing your ability to excel based on situational questions related to your work experience.

When the interview is done, you will receive my full notes taken during the interview, the summary notes that I would normally create and use as part of the hire/no-hire decision process, and also a follow-up call to discuss the interview and the notes.

When else would you have access to someone with these credentials who would conduct a mock interview with you, pull together all of their notes as if they were making a hire/no-hire decision on you, and then spend the time to discuss the outcome and notes with you?

People are busy, but that doesn’t mean that the hiring process should be a mystery to you. Nor should candid feedback.

By taking advantage of InterviewAt’s Prep Service I promise you are going to learn something new that you can use in your upcoming interview. I also promise that you will be far better prepared than going in blind.

Why leave your next interview up to chance? Access to this level of experience is extremely rare. Let’s get started by scheduling your Prep Service interview.
